Podcasts to clean by

I was talking to my sister today and she was saying she often does cleaning or laundry folding while listening to NPR's Wait Wait Don't Tell Me podcast. I sometimes listen to NPR's This American Life podcast. So, I wanted to ask, do you have a podcast or music that you clean by? Do share!

  1. I always listen to the Radio from Hell podcast while I clean. It is the same morning show I listened to all through high school (starting at age 12, actually) and now all the DJs seem like old friends. Plus, it keeps me up to date on current events in Utah.

  2. I always watch girlie shows on netflix while I fold clothes, either that or watch old conference talks online (try to count it as my scripture study on the sly). If it's cleaning that I have to move around the house for I turn on some rockin' music, like Red Hot Chili Peppers, or Michael Franti.

  3. I cleaned today while listening to the first session of General conference (I missed it). I got SO much done too. Woohoo!

  4. I watch Netflix while ironing/folding clothes. If I really want to be productive, though, I'll listen to music - and my taste in music is extremely varied, so it'll range from classical to religious to country to rock to oldies to latin.

  5. I love listening to audiobooks. When I get really interested in it, it helps me actually want to clean so I have an excuse to turn it on. It also helps me take my mind off of how monotonous doing dishes is or the fact that this is my third time doing dishes today.
My reward for doing laundry is that I get to watch something from Netflix or Hulu. It may take me twice as long to fold the clothes, but at least I'm enjoying myself!
